CFO

We are partnering with a leading brand in the medical aesthetics industry to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

This is more than a finance leadership role. It is a strategic position at the core of the CEO and Board agenda, with direct influence on the company’s future valuation, capital strategy, and long-term growth trajectory.

The CFO will play a key role in driving:

• The company’s next stage of capital market maturity • Post-listing financial strategy, governance, and investor communication • Investor relations and capital market positioning • Growth strategy, M&A evaluation, and regional expansion decisions • Fundraising strategy, valuation management, and long-term shareholder value creation • A comprehensive upgrade of the company’s finance, compliance, and corporate governance framework

We are looking for a senior finance leader with:

• Hands-on experience in a successful IPO or public listing journey • Strong understanding of IPO processes, capital market tools, and listed company operations • Experience communicating with institutional investors, Board members, and shareholders • Solid foundation in IFRS, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance • Fluency in both English and Mandarin • Familiarity with medical aesthetics, healthcare, or related regulatory environments is highly preferred • Proven experience in fundraising, M&A, restructuring, or regional expansion is a strong plus • Big Four background is advantageous
