We are partnering with a leading independent financial communications and investor relations advisory firm to identify a senior VP / Director for its Hong Kong team.
This is a high-impact, client-facing advisory role, working closely with senior leadership and C-suite clients on investor relations, capital markets communications, equity story positioning, disclosure strategy, earnings messaging, roadshows, M&A / financing communications, and listed-company advisory.
Ideal Candidate
*8–12+ years in IR, capital markets advisory, financial communications, or corporate development *Strong understanding of HKEX and US-listed company requirements *Experience advising listed, dual-listed, or cross-border companies *Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills *Strong writing, client advisory, and senior stakeholder management capability *Hong Kong-based or open to relocation
