We are partnering with a fast-growing digital product company to identify a Chief Product Officer.
This is a senior product leadership role for someone with strong experience in product strategy, PM team leadership, cross-BU stakeholder management, product resource allocation, and AI-driven digital transformation.
The role will work closely with multiple Business Units to understand business needs, define product development priorities based on commercial value, market opportunities, and resource constraints, and improve overall product execution efficiency across the organization.
This leader will also play a key role in driving AI transformation, helping the company identify new growth opportunities across products, business models, and industry trends.
Ideal Candidate
*Proven Product Management leadership experience *Experience managing large PM / product teams, ideally 30+ direct reports *Strong capability in KPI setting, team management, and execution discipline *Ability to quickly understand different industries, product lines, and business models *Strong stakeholder management skills with BU / business leaders *Experience in product resource allocation, PM team deployment, and product portfolio management *Strong sensitivity to AI adoption, digital transformation, and practical commercial use cases
